I too would like to use Dell for my customers due to their excellent
'warranty'. Unfortunately, their warranty sucks, the support people are in BFE
and their motherboard/chip sets won't work with my hardware/software app. So, I
end up building the systems myself, even if it means going to the hated Fry's
for parts. 

Any sob who cops out with "competition" and heads overseas for labor should be
reminded - forcibly - with the dictionary definition of "traitor".  AND don't
even ask about what I think of H1-B and L-1 visas and the companies that
sponsor them to come here.
