Guess I should have been clearer - A friend of mine in the Charlotte, NC
area runs a hosting/web-design business.  They are losing a PHP guy and
he needs someone to code for them.....unfortunately, probably just on a
project-by-project basis.  He asked 'if I knew anyone'...grin.....hence
the message.

I've forwarded the responses onto him.
