Linux Gazette is an online publication sponsored by Linux Journal.  I
imagine most distributions package Linux Gazette -- in Debian the magic
command to subscribe is:

  apt-get install lg-subscription

There's also a website:

  http://www.linuxgazette.com

I find that if I don't subscribe to LG, I forget to go to the website.
The advantage of a subscription is that the package for each new issue
installs as I'm upgrading other packages, and that reminds me to look at
the current issue.  Plus I prefer the latency times on my web server.
