[NTLUG:Discuss] Mandrake 9.2, I don't think it's soup yet

Howdy,
   I am a bigger fan of Mandrake than most people in this group, but my 
initial experiences with 9.2 make me think this release came out a little 
soon.  I got my first 9.2 system up tonight and there is a obvious 
repeatabe problem that is moderately serious.  If you open Nautilus and 
double click on an image to view it, press the back arrow to go back to the 
thumbnails and then double click on another images, memory usage shoots 
up.  I opened an 82K jpeg and memory use went up more than 500 meg.  Yes, I 
said meg, not K. Wow.
   I know about the problem with 9.2 killing LG CD-ROM drives.  It loks 
like this is LG's fault, but a little longer testing cycle would probably 
have turned this up, too.
