Photoshop 7 runs fine with Crossover (slower though).  Have not tried
the JumpStart stuff.. but the Math/Reading Blaster series works
well.  Also, the latest release, 2.1, has made some MAJOR break
throughs... it's now possible to run Half Life under
Crossover (my guess is that the free wine is working much
better as well).
