How about:

$generate 128-175  $.45.173.208.dnsbl.JAMMConsulting.com.  A  
127.0.0.30

That will put 208.173.45.128-175 in the dns with an A record that
points to 127.0.0.30.

I looked through the docs, but I did not see a reference to the "*" you
are using.
