Seems like RedHat sucked up several years of "value" from the linux
community "developing" a commercial version
And now only want to dump the open source version. Seems to me that "we"
collectively as the
"open source community" retain legally vested interest in the RedHat
comercial version. Anyone know a good
software Attorney :).

Ok...I wouldn't say "going away"...lets say "transitioning to a
non-public (ie. free) version".....the RedHat company is moving to
produce/support only Enterprise level Linux. The consumer/hobby version
will be supported by a group called 'Fedora'....check out the RedHat
website.
