[NTLUG:Discuss] Mailman weirdness

Greetings.

I am having some problems with a mailman server I set up.

The symptoms are;
1) The subscription page hangs during subscription, no error message
2) Messages sent to the list disappear, no error messages

A check on the process show that everything is working,
and I can access and work the admin pages with out a problem.
A check of the Sendmail log shows the message being received,
and being passed on to the Mailman software.  But no
outbound messages are generated.

When I checked the Sendmail Logs (and error logs), as well as
all the mailman logs I could find show no errors past the
time of me figuring out how to get the permissions set
for the mailman admin pages, and sendmail, to work.

Subscription messages sent when the list administrator
subscribes somebody actually go out.  But everything
else seems to go into a black hole.

Help?  This is worth a cash payment from me to get
this fixed quickly.  Two other user groups are
depending on me getting this fixed.
