Thanks to you all. The problem was solved.
The porblem is the firewall set the http connection (actually all
connections) will be disconnected after idle for 30 minutes.
the applications have service brokers connected between firewall, when the
firewall disconnected all connections and the existing service brokers'
session 'did not know' it. these 2 service brokers still trying to connect
till time out. that is why take so long to logon the complete webpage.
