FYI: on the new Irving store... they had a 'soft' opening.
No adds, No banners, No Specials, etc... they just opened their
doors at 3:30pm on a Thursday.  I just happened to stop by 
at 4:00pm to ask when they were going to be opened, and the 
guy said 'Now'. ;)

They ran normal store hours after that for a few weeks until 
they had their official opening. I assume that they were training
their people. Opening day was pretty hectic but by then, everyone
had gotten some amount of training.
