[NTLUG:Discuss] Using GCC to Make MS DLL's

Googling for the answer, Wine came up, but I've not seen anything 
definite yet.  Problem is that we're primarily a Linux shop but need to 
build DLL's for Windows (4 developers).  I don't want to shell out the 
$$$ for 4 MS developer licenses unless I absolutely, positively, have no 
other way around it.
