[NTLUG:Discuss] An entire TELCO is down. -- CBEYOND.

Has anyone heard any word about the telco CBeyond?  It appears that every 
voice number associated with them rings busy, fast busy, not a valid number, 
number has changed but no new number is yet assigned..or rings with no 
answer....It's almost as if they've been wiped from the face of the earth.   
EXCEPT...the data network is still going.  Internet access through the 
CBeyond connection is working. 

What does one do in a situation like this?  Who do you call when even the 
tech support numbers don't ring?
