A recurring theme: didn't work.

This time I was able to download the iso and verify the md5sum.  I was 
also able to mount the iso image.  However, when I tried to burn the 
iso to CD using OS X's Disk Copy app, I got this error towards the end 
of the burn:

   "knx-pcc-2003-07-13_4.iso" failed to burn due to error 22. A burn 
engine error error occurred (22). 00/00/00

Happened with 2 CDs.  Am googling now to figure out what the error 
message means.
