[NTLUG:Discuss] Tape backup

i need to recommend a tape backup system for a small network (5
servers with windows and linux both in place).  any suggestions
from personal experience?  any links to sites that will give
useful oversights for the myriad possibilities (hardware as well
as software)?  i'm collecting data now but anything to speed up
the wheat/chaff filtering will be greatly appreciated *g*.
