I'm not quite sure I know what you want. By 'engine dyno' I assume
you are talking about a dynometer - something that measures horsepower.

I don't see how you can do that using only software - at the very least,
you need an accelerometer or some means to measure wheel speed.  I especially
don't see how *any* piece of even the most state-of-the-art software could
predict horsepower for any possible change to the engine.
