Maybe or maybe not. :-)  NS 4.x browsers don't handle much of CSS correctly, 
or so I've found.  I've gone to just ignoring them, saying only Mozilla 1+ or 
NS6+ or IE5+ supported.  But you may not be able to get away with that.

There is an O'Reilly book on CSS that is pretty good.  It has a pair of salmon 
on the front.
