Be sure and research anything it says to do before you do it.  It 
recommended removing several packages I use daily as well as some 
config changes that will  break how things work.  It also reports a lot 
of info, that most people will have no idea why it is being reported.  
And it saying in one place and X is listening on TCP and says it is not 
in another place.  Neat tool, but be careful about doing everything it 
says.
