Howdy,
I do this at home, and I learned it from Kazaa Lite of all places. Since
they suggest you apply their "Super Trick" to help you out. All they do is
fill up your hosts file to redirect all stuff back to the local box. I am
attaching mine as an example, and maybe help with starting to block a large
amount of violaters, and abusers. Good Luck, i have found this most helpful.
