[NTLUG:Discuss] XP/Agile programming over 'net

Hello all,

Has anyone done XP/Agile programming over the Internet?

One of the great things about XP is the social aspect: paired
programming, common areas, etc. However, often I find myself working
on OpenSource programs using the traditional programming models: cvs
checkout, work on small portion of code alone, cvs checkin, merge
differences, e-mail with co-developers, etc. While the 'test-first'
model works well even when coding solo, it would be nice if more of the
XP principles could be used over the 'net. Has anyone done/tried this?
  Care to share your experiences?

Regards,
- Robert
