minicom is for establishing a tty session  / console session with a
modem.... 

MS Dial Up Networking is ( mostly ) another name for PPP. 

So..... you want to get the dial up info that the MS people need and you
should 
be able to configure you PPP connection. 

PPP is a pain, so you may have to get some help from the list once you
have MS info
( ppp dial in number, userid, password, etc )
