Wayne,

Never got into tcl that much in the past, although I did buy a few books.
There is an application out there called vtcl (Visual TCL) where you drag
and drop object to create your gui, and it spit out the code for you.
Looks like it hasn't been developed much since 2001 or so, but it still
might be valuable to you.

If you want,  I could be persuaded to dig up the books that I have and get
rid of them at a reasonable price.  I left tcl/tk for perl/tk myself.
