Does anyone have any leads on tools to convert Type-1 and True Type 
fonts to Open Type fonts?

I found a tool called TTX at sourceforge that converts to and from XML 
and TTF/OTF.  Anyone tried it?

I also found a xf86-corefonts RPM that is suppose to contain the MS web 
(IE I guess) fonts for X11.  Anyone know anything about this?
