This will never happen and shouldn't.  If a company wants to move from the U.S.
to Elbonia, that's their right to do so.  Most countries we're referring to as Elbonia
have laws that protect their citizens, for many too much protection but that's another
thread to pursue.

I don't believe that cutting them all would be good either.  I'd like to see in place
some guidelines that affect the number of H1Bs and L1s and the length of time
the visa they receive is for.

If the actual H1Bs and L1s  want to transform their work visas into citizenship,
let's do it.  The American dream.  But, if not, when the time is up, they must go
home.
