[NTLUG:Discuss] Wireless with Linux

This may have been asked before  - Who is using what wireless with linux? 
I am looking to get an idea of which products are going to work better.  I
already have a Netgear MA111 USB link which I am going to work on but I
want to know if anyone has come across devices that just work well under
linux.(without having to jump through hoops)
