[NTLUG:Discuss] Responses

I have posted questions and comments to discuss at ntlug.org while reading a current issue of "Discussions" expecting my input to be posted in the next issue. Then expected to see responses in the issue after that one.  However, I see that there are responses to my input in the same issue as my question.  Obviously you can see my comment before it comes out in the summary issue of "Discussions."
 
I have asked where a comment is available for viewing and for responses prior to the summary issue and have received responses that do not answer my question.  I don't see how I can ask more clearly.
 
Surely someone understands how this works.  Thanks.
