[NTLUG:Discuss] Recommended hosting/colo facility?

Hi all -

Since I've moved up here from Austin, I need to find a place to host my personal mail/web server (I used a RoadRunner Biz Class connection at home but that's not an option here).  I am flexible as to whether it is a pre-provisioned server like RackShack.com or a place I can host my own server.

Anyone have any suggestions?  I know I can get into a pre-provisioned 2.4GHz P4 Compaq with RackShack for around $100/month, so I'd like to find someplace that's in that price ballpark.
