My company currently has our servers hosted at ServerMatrix which is the 
budget division of the Planet and we have not been particularly happy 
with it.  The Planet half of the building is supposed to be better but 
according to netcraft, they have been one of the fastest growing hosting 
providers in the last year since they introduced ServerMatrix which has 
become very popular for game servers.  They have had trouble keeping up 
with the expansion and the tech support is shared between the two 
divisions so I would have some concerns about that.
