Hi Thomas.

In the last year and a half, I have only had two failures;
1) (About two months ago) Somebody knocked a power cord loose. It was immediately plugged back in.
2) Earlier this week - a router/line failed, and they were several hours before their bandwidth was restored. They were not completely down, just
very slow.

Currently, they have me "throttled" down to 1Mb/sec.
At current plan, I am allowed 200GB/month transfer and 4RU of space.

Regards,
Steve
