Not sure why mplayer would be used for a vector format.(?)

Anyway... with the proper codecs, most everything plays.  I use xine
instead of mplayer, but I have created a loaded up mplayer in the
past... it was able to play everything I threw at it (video clips, etc...
mov, wmv, whatever).
