There is a lawsuit in progress about this, I think. I hope Sun get

It probably has some ActiveX nonsense, which is there mostly to
promote vendor lockin.

Absolutely not. But keep speaking up about the anti-consumer and
anti-competitive nature of MS. The question I like to ask is "Would you
want to have your company dependent on a company proven to be so
untrustworthy?"
