At LEAST make it work with the browser your force people to USE!!!!!
This is the very LEAST they can do. And what makes it worse is, there
is a FAQ on the site with a question "I'm not getting credit for my
courses, what can I do?" The first suggesting is to make sure your
browser is not blocking cookies because cookies are how they track your
progress. Since that's not an issue, the next suggestion is to email
them about the problem, providing any information about what other
programs are also running. When you get to the webmail page, there is a
disclaimer that email sent to them is not for trouble reporting, but for
making general comments about the courses. I went ahead and sent them
an email about the problem because that's what the FAQ SAYS to do and I
just got back a response...and you wanna know what the responder said?
The idiot just pasted the disclaimer at the top of my email and sent it
back to me. REAL helpful. They do have a number in Florida to call for
help, but it's not an 800 number, so I have to spend my money to fix
their problem...and the one time I DID call for help to submit a bug
report, the guy I talked to had absolutely no idea what to do with it,
where to send it, what to do about it, etc.

You know, I suppose Verizon is no different than any other corporation.
The idiot bureaucracy is the same from one company to another. Scott
Adams has it right. You all know the people in his comic strip are all
fashioned after people he worked with at Pac*Bell, right?
