I have heard about it. The idea is to try to fool Spam killing programs
that the message is a real message and not an advertisement.

I have read the latest Spam killing programs uses Baysian Decision Theory
to help decide what is Spam or not. Based on the words used and the
context a score is generated. Advertisements get a high score, text like a
story paragraph gets a low score. What they are trying to do is lower the
score by averaging the two parts to get below the threshold of what should
be called SPAM and thrown out.

I do not know the specifics on SpamAssassin to know if it will fool it or not.
