[NTLUG:Discuss] Spamassassin and Fetchmail

I run my own mail server (sendmail) and have spamassassin and procmail set to 
check incoming mail and mark mail identified as spam.  I also have other pop3 
accounts and I run fetchmail on my mail server to aggregate all my accounts.  
Can spamassassin check mail coming via fetchmail?  If so how do I configure 
that?
