[NTLUG:Discuss] OT Server Recommendation

I'm looking to install a T1 and start web hosting.I would like hardware and 
bandwidth  recommendations.This is what I'm looking at starting with:

I plan to host around 100 sites and possibly 2-3 games (up to 12 players on 
each game) and a jabber server. If anyone works in or on web hosting
