[NTLUG:Discuss] OT: Video Cardsa and TV Out

Generally, I would prefer to avoid bughat in any of
it's various incarnations. Also, I've done the obvious
google searches and have not found much of anything
promising. Based on what I've being able to scrape off
of the web, I'd rather just use a TV as the display.
