I'm good with getting the Orinoco but which one?  I just got a proxim Orinoco 
Gold model 8420-WD and it won't work either.  I have another disk for my 
laptop on which I've tried fresh installs of RH 9, Mandrake 10 Community, 
Fedora Core 1 and White Box Enterprise v3.0 all of which won't recoginze the 
damn thing.
