I use clamav on my mail server with postfix and have not had problems.On a 
side note I recently downloaded BitDefender antivirus for Linux workstations 
and it works very well. It found a trojan among my MP3's.Since this was a 
win32 trojan i had no worries,but BitDefender did its job.
