[NTLUG:Discuss] fstab and iso9660

I am trying to mount a CD image.
I already have several iso images mounted. I added two new images to 
fstab and executed mount -a. I get an error "mount: could not find any 
free loop device". In the past I have rebooted and cured the problem. 
However, the system is celebrating 180 days of uptime and I don't want 
to break the run if I don't have to.

fstab entry is:
path/to/image path/to/mountpoint iso9660 ro,loop,auto 0 0

How do I increase the number of loop devices or am I missing something else?
