It depends what kind of games you like, really. If you insist on high
quality 3D graphics, then no, there's really not much. But if graphics don't
make-or-break a game for you, then there are a few decent games -- Freeciv,
Battle for Wesnoth, and Nethack are probably the best.
I've even had emails from people telling me that they've put down popular
commercial games such as Halo, Warcraft III, or Warlords 3 in exchange for
playing Battle for Wesnoth.

Battle for Wesnoth still uses Savannah. Some of the features have not been
restored since the security compromise late last year, but it's getting back
up. Really though, I more meant an overview of the typical tools an Open
Source project uses -- task management, bug tracking, version control, etc.
