Well, what did you THINK you were paying for?

The RH kernel is not proprietary - all of the patches are available to you
for download.  That's the essence of GPL.

What you are paying for is a skilled kernel engineer to pick WHICH patches
out of the 1000s that exists should be in an enterprise kernel.
