Photoshop *kind of* works under Crossover Office (basically a commercial version of WINE).  I've had it started before, but a lot of the filters were broken.  The Gimp supports a lot of Photoshop plugins, but it is nowhere near the same quality of application.  Adobe had ported version 2.0 (maybe 3.0) to linux years ago, but they have since dropped support.
