The setups are pretty straightforward, as long as you do like to like
protocols (Wireless G to Wireless G).  You will have to judge what
kind of interference you will have with walls and such.  You can get
antenna extensions that will put a wireless adapter into a better
reception location, such as when you have a pc inside of a closed
cabinet or something.  Stick with a name brand that has good tech
support and you should be ok.
