Howdy,

It is pretty simple.  If you already have your router/firewall the way 
you like it, just plug an access point into your switch/hub.  You can 
use the same addressing scheme as your wired setup.

I use D-Link stuff because the setup is very easy and web-based. 
802.11b stuff is very cheap now and will do just fine for web and file 
transfer type networking.

Just remember to use MAC address filtering to keep others from linking 
to your network...
