[NTLUG:Discuss] recommend a quiet powersupply and fan

Here's the PSU I have:

I can barely hear my computer running.  When my
harddrive reads for a while, the case fan
(coolermaster thermal sensitive case fans) in the
front of my case usually spins up and I can hear it.
