[NTLUG:Discuss] Q: Temperature logging hardware and software

Pauldy just mentioned this, and I've been thinking about this for a
while so I thought I'd ask the group if they had any details/ideas...

I want to record the attic  ( maybe a couple of spots ) 
temperature along with an indoor and outdoor reading. 

Does anyone know of a simple ( less than $100.00 ) 
solution? 

I know that FRY's has some Weather Monitors for $20 - $50
that let you have multiple sensors.... I want to be able
to get these readings into my PC every 'x' minutes. I haven't
seen any cheap devices that have a PC interface.
