If CD 5 is a "rescue CD", it more than likely is a bootable CD, and if 
you try and combine it with another, you'll have to be careful how you 
do it so that the boot image still works.

I think you're far better off having those CDs seperate, just burn them 
as seperate CDs as they were intended to be.

CD 1 is also a "rescue CD", isnt it?  (But then I only have 3 CD 
downloadable version.)
