Yes... I think the pre-Cisco models were of better quality.
My BEFSR41v1 worked fine until just a few days ago.. but I've
had the device for years and it made me recommend Linksys
on more than one occasion.  I really feel bad about
recommending them now though.

I'm having fun with their "tech" support right now.
I'll have to let you know how that turns out.  To be perfectly
honest, I don't think they care if my device (BEFSR81v3) works or not.
