Do you mean the 3mb down, 256k upload of Charter's internet (cable) or is
there another option?  

I just asked Charter last week if they could speed up my upload speed, and
they said 256k was as fast as it got.

(I'm about 5 miles south of TMS...)

Where do you live? If you are over by Texas Motor speedway, there is a 3mb 
pipe available.
