Do the following (as root):

# apt-get mirror-select
# echo "rpm http://rpm.livna.org/ fedora/2/i386 stable unstable testing" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
# apt-get update
# apt-get install libdvdcss ogle mplayer

Livna.org is a Red Hat 3rd Party repository that has many of the
"questionable licensed" programs that Red Hat cannot put into Fedora
Core, Extras, etc...

Another Livna.org goodie:

# apt-get install xmms-mp3

You need "libdvdcss" so CSS copyprotected videos can be decoded and
played. Many Ogle/MPlayer packages out there are _not_ built with
the "libdvdcss" library for various reasons like MPAA retribution.

The good news is that there is now a licensed PowerDVD player for Linux.
The bad news is that it doesn't seem like you can purchase it, it is
only bundled with TurboLinux. The MPAA has only allowed it to be
bundled with embedded systems prior -- so I was even surprised to see
TurboLinux shipping it in its distros.

Go nowhere. Use Apt get to go for you.

Apt-get to Livna.org does the job for me everytime.

They both must be correct because I have over a
