[NTLUG:Discuss] Help! I'm under attack by my ISP!

Comcast - where to start - they couldn't get my account setup - then
they couldn't get my email moved back to my new account, then they
finally got everything fix and nobody ever contacted me.  The so
called help desk insists that they cannot call ou - well how do they
fix things then if they cannot dial out.  I often get Cananda on the
phone-

TV side - they upped my rates then removed 16 channels and wanted
another $15 to get them back - after all was said and done - I was
paying an additional $20 from my AT&T setup to get 2 more channels - I
am quite happy with my DISH system now.

Believe me, as soon as I can get dsl and get rid of cable in my house
all together  - Comcast will be gone.
